Review on NINAQUEEN Sterling Silver Snake Chain Bracelet For Charms With Hand-Applied Enamel Clasp, Jewelry Box Included For Gift by Reid Rickerson

I received this bracelet and a few beads for Mother's Day a few weeks ago. It's very pretty and I like the look of the clasp.However, when I opened the bracelet to put on my beads I noticed as small kink at the end of the bracelet (you can see it in the pictures). Since the item offers free returns I decided I'd return this bracelet and just order a duplicate in hopes of receiving one without the kink.The duplicate arrived and I was shocked. While there was no kink it was very tarnished so I was again disappointed. Thankfully I had not returned the original.Being that I really did like the bracelet I placed a third order and this time I ordered the smaller chain and bangle version of the bracelet (thinking the bangle definitely wouldn't have the kink issue).They arrived today and again, disappointment resulted. Both bracelets are tarnished. (As a side note, the bangle is noticablely lighter than the smaller chain which I wasn't a fan of but it was easier to put on).I understand that silver tarnishes and can be cleaned but for the price of this item (plus the fact that the company toots it's horn about being able to be classified as "fine jewelry") I think receiving a brand new item in this condition is unacceptable.In summary, I plan to keep my original bracelet since it'll eventually be full of beads and the kink covered but the other three will be returned this weekend. Just wanted to share with others that in my experience with Ninaqueen I received 3 out of 4 bracelets in tarnished condition. The box arrives in shrink wrap plastic so perhaps they've been sitting on a shelf for ages. They are clearly not inspected before they are shipped. So, that's why I say it's a gamble.In the photo of all four bracelets the original is obviously the top left, 2nd order is top right, and 3rd order is the bottom with the bangle style on the right.
