Swap the board for it! CAREFUL
This is exactly what I was looking for. My Xbox One works like new! However, a very important detail that most people miss is that when you change the drive, you also have to change the board to the one from your Xbox in order to be able to use the drive. It was more work. It's worth it. Literally 5 minutes (if any) soldering was worth it!
