The best thing about our experience with this site was that we were able find candidates without having any work history or references from previous companies, which made it much easier for us! It's very important that you have your information updated before applying through their platform as some of my applications had outdated email addresses/phone numbers etc., otherwise I would've liked them more if they could improve upon communication during onboarding process (they didn't really seem too concerned). We used hire wire when searching potential hires within an organization - especially since many people are hesitant at first because there isn’t always "real life" examples available online; however once hired via hirewire, all issues went away quickly & efficiently.
