Very loud squeak on an uncarpeted floor

I love the size and volume of this bag. My only issue with it is the wheels and bumps, and they make a lot of noise on uncarpeted floors. I work nights and wanted to use this bag at work but the wheels are so noisy they were waking up my patients so I had to stop using it. If they changed the wheels so that they were flat and didn't have bumps when they just rolled and didn't make as much noise I would give them 5 stars.
