After 5-6 weeks the wheels get stuck. I contacted the seller for repair or refund but was informed too late. I was advised to spray wd-40 on the axle. I sprayed all the wheels, axles, hubs and still locked them. The backpack is now too heavy to carry around campus, so it ends up in the bin! money wasted!

My daughter has a muscle condition that makes it difficult for her to carry a backpack. To solve this problem, we bought her this. It took 3-4 months before the problems with the wheels started. I love the size and volume of this bag. My only issue with it is the wheels and bumps, and they make a lot of noise on uncarpeted floors. I work nights and wanted to use this bag at work but the wheels are so noisy they were waking up my patients so I had to stop using it. If they changed the wheels so that they were flat and didn't have bumps when they just rolled and didn't make as much noise I would give them 5 stars.

Highly recommended for school children compared to single lockable handles. The problem with blocking individual handles is that no matter how many times you tell your kids to take care of it, they get beat up at school.
