The wheels were very loud when delivered. A week later, a hole appeared on the outer small side pocket. (In what way, considering the bag was mostly worn and unrolled? I don't know.) Over the next week, both main compartments zipped open and there were more holes in the material everywhere. At first I questioned that the poorly placed zippers on each side of the backpack should be kept open so as not to interfere with the closing and opening of the bag, but after the zippers broke they came in handy to prevent books from falling out falling off. Outside. Definitely not a heavy bag as advertised. Would definitely not recommend.
