No insulation - manufacturer error?
I ordered one for myself and one as a gift for a family member. The lid is really waterproof with a nice design. I haven't had a chance to use a mug until recently - the mug I received is not insulating at all. My hot drink will be cold within an hour. This appears to be a manufacturing defect as other Contigo thermos owners I know have commented on how warm my freshly filled mug feels on the outside compared to their own. Unfortunately I'm just out of the return window - just hoping the one I gifted doesn't work out like this.
