It is very easy to use, I have had no issues with it at all so far! The support team are great too - they answer your questions quickly (even if its just "how do you spell that?") which makes them stand out from other registrars in my opinion!! They don't charge extra fees like many others but still offer some good deals when buying domains etc through their website as well making up part of what customers pay towards renewal costs or transfer charges sometimes- this can be handy rather than paying upfront every time!
