Very professional and helpful staffs

I like how easy it was to set up my website, as well all of their customer service reps were very friendly! They helped me with setting everything right for our new site launch date; they also gave us some tips about SEO which really improved traffic after we launched (more than expected). Best in class Customer Service!: NameBright

The best part of Namebright is its customer service team. They are always willing to help you out with any issue. The price point for their plans is very reasonable. I've been using Namebright as my primary domain registrar since 2013. If you are looking for great customer service, then Namebright is your best bet. I love the idea of Namebright and the simplicity of their website and easy registration process.

However, I am a bit disappointed with the speed of response from their customer support team. I would recommend any prospective users of NameBright register and host their site on Namebright's platform to avoid issues such as these. NameBright was extremely helpful when I needed help getting started quickly, and they were very responsive. But once my hosting account expired, their staff did not respond at all! After several weeks without contact, I had no choice but to switch hosts. They could…

  • Namebright is easy to use and makes it really fast to get started.
  • It has a nice dashboard where you can manage your content, views, and subscribers
Cons
  • You can add tags to posts and pages, but it's not like wordpress or drupal where you can create templates and have them automatically applied to your content.
  • There is nothing on their FAQ page about this problem either.
  • If they would have mentioned that before hand, I wouldn't have wasted so many hours trying to figure out how to do it myself.
