Review on NameBright by Stephen Hobbs
I love the idea of Namebright and the simplicity of their website and easy registration process.
However, I am a bit disappointed with the speed of response from their customer support team. I would recommend any prospective users of NameBright register and host their site on Namebright's platform to avoid issues such as these. NameBright was extremely helpful when I needed help getting started quickly, and they were very responsive. But once my hosting account expired, their staff did not respond at all! After several weeks without contact, I had no choice but to switch hosts. They could easily provide more detailed instructions on how to install Namebright if they wanted to make it easier for newcomers.
Pros
- Namebright is easy to use and makes it really fast to get started.
- It has a nice dashboard where you can manage your content, views, and subscribers
Cons
- You can add tags to posts and pages, but it's not like wordpress or drupal where you can create templates and have them automatically applied to your content.
- There is nothing on their FAQ page about this problem either.
- If they would have mentioned that before hand, I wouldn't have wasted so many hours trying to figure out how to do it myself.
