Nice looking for my opinion
I got the cream color and it's true cream. The only assembly required was attaching the legs which was easy--everything lined up perfectly. As I was looking at the underside of the chair, I was reminded that you get what you pay for so don't be expecting anything more. I don't know if anyone else has mentioned this but the chair is small. In other words, if you're much larger than the average person you're going to find this chair to be a tight fit if that. I can't speak to durability but it is nice looking.

- May not have enough back support for individuals prone to slouching
