I like that it has all of my social media platforms in one place, but also allows me as admin user to have more control over each platform separately (e.g., deleting posts). The interface can be confusing at first if you're not familiar with how things work - especially when using WordPress plugins! You need someone who knows what they are doing behind-the scenes so there aren't any issues getting everything set up correctly from your end once we've agreed upon design/content ideas together. We were able to build out our website quickly without needing outside help or spending thousands upfront since most features already exist within this system.
