A cook friend of mine bought one from Revain and loved it so I followed suit. I like to save lots of herbs for cooking, but all too often they spoil quickly, especially when you need them. I've tried stemmed water glasses, cloth bags, aluminum foil wrappers, and pretty much everything people recommend and never had satisfactory results. I bought one to try and was pleasantly surprised. Italian parsley was still good after 3 weeks, coriander after 2 weeks, thyme after almost a month. This thing really works so I bought another one and now I always have fresh veggies in my fridge. It is important to change the water at least twice a week.
