For me it was the perfect solution. My laptop is connected to a large monitor so it sits under the monitor stand most of the time. After a friend warned me that it might need to be raised a bit because it needs more airflow, I bought this product straight away. Easy installation was minimal. The product comes assembled and all I had to do was fold down the legs and place the laptop on top. My photos now show that the laptop is now elevated and I don't have to worry about airflow.
