Very pretty duvet cover, very girly. Bright and delicate look. I don't really like the Japanese symbol but my granddaughter really likes this part. I think that makes it look different. It's thin but very soft. For the price, this is a great deal. Very good quality, good stitching, zipper works well. I bought a queen size bed filled with a white king size comforter and it works fine. Inside there are drawstrings at all four corners to secure the duvet. I want them to be on the sides but oh well. It was hard to find a pink throw pillow that matched the comforter. Being white, he will not endure much violence if he is kicked with dirty feet or with pets on the bed. Cat's claws would definitely hit him. Generally worth the money. I can still use the duvet, which I bought separately, with any other duvet cover I buy, but I think this one will last a few years.
