The item was good, I'll recommend it to my friends.

They took it while Hong Kong was covered in haze. The stench is not actually lethal. The pollution value was merely 40, indicating that the smog was not particularly dangerous.
An IQOS will display 300 when you blow into it.
Almost always in automated mode, the device starts to produce noise and purge the air when there is pollution.
I didn't see a significant difference.
Removes the aikos and burning-in-the-kitchen odors, according to helpful.

Pros

My wife smokes aikos because it takes the scent away rapidly. You may always leave it on because it runs silently and quietly in automatic mode.

Cons

I don't have allergies, and my neighborhood is generally clean (at least the same air purifier consistently displays a pollution level of 1-4). There isn't much of a benefit with such a setup. There is no immediate impact that can be felt, but perhaps there will be some in the future. The socket is somewhat fragile; all it takes is a touch to turn it off.
