I love that it's very easy to add into our WordPress site, as well has all of my information in one place! It allows us so much flexibility with how we can use this tool; from social media sites like Facebook & Twitter through email leads right up until phone call or even video conference calls where people sign contracts over live chat! Nothing really at first glance but some minor tweaking around certain parts will make sure everything works perfectly within their system - don't just take someone else word you'll be happy once they've helped out your website/business get started using welcome mats (as great an idea!). There are many different platforms which allow me access via remote control software such as Zoom etc., also allowing those who want more direct contact easier options too! It's simple to use, very customizable with loads of options available and even when something goes wrong it does an ok job at fixing problems. The support team doesn't seem as strong sometimes so I hesitate in contacting them if there are issues or questions that can be easily solved by myself but aren't answered here. We were looking for easy way to generate leads from sites we manage (iHubs). This helped us do just this!
