The BloxOne DDI is a fantastic solution for our customer service teams. Very easy to configure and manage and their product has been working perfectly for a year now. There is nothing at this time that we dislike. BloxOne is an excellent piece of software and we have no complaints. BloxOne DDI is currently the answer for our contact center. Using BloxOne we have simplified our customer service and solved any problems related to DDI. The ease of use, scalability for our organization as well as its ability to be used in multiple languages was great! We had some issues with support but they were quick about it once we brought them up so I don't have any complaints there either. It's been very easy adding additional users (and language) into this system without much effort or cost involved - which has helped us tremendously when working out new contracts across different countries/languages within Europe alone!!
