the price was low so the quality was too low, the fabric is a little thicker, like tights, the seams seem to be sewn well, probably would be one good gentle hand wash in the sink and air dry better to make the pair last longer. for reference: I weigh 260 pounds 5'11" (transgender), my arms are 7" in diameter from the wrist/forearm and about 12" in circumference above the elbow/shoulder and they fit quite well, without stretching them too much.(Stretch is best described as slightly less visible on the skin compared to tights where they are sometimes a bit more visible.) So tights are a guide, the stretch is slightly less visible on the skin
