I like how easy it is to use. It's very intuitive and allows you to do most of your management tasks from your phone or computer. The customer service can be hit or miss sometimes - but that could be my luck with any online company. Sometimes I get responses where I think they're really trying, other times I feel like there's an employee in another timezone. But overall, I love the product! I would highly recommend Remote Team to anyone looking for a great way to manage their team remotely. We've been able to keep everyone organized and in sync without having to physically meet at all. And we were able to save money by not paying travel expenses.
