Review on FlashStart by Dawson Schmidt

It's easy enough for my parents or anyone else with little experience of computers can use it easily without fear that they will accidentally open something nasty! The customer service support from flashstart has been great - helpful when I need help understanding how things work (and there was no one more qualified than me!) but also quick at replying whenever needed :) If your child/parent wants their own separate account then this could be an issue as well since it takes time to set everything up so someone with limited computer knowledge may not know what settings to change etc. Make sure they understand all aspects before signing them into using the software- if anything seems unclear ask questions until fully understood. Protection against online bullies & harassment.
