Review on Durable and Stylish Pelican 1495 Laptop Case in Black: The Ideal Companion for Your Laptop! by Vincent Lott

I bought this case (product number 1495-000-110) through Norman Camera & Video. My first problem was that the seller sent my purchase to the wrong address. When I sent the suitcase to the hotel it caused a lot of confusion and tension at the front desk as FedEx tracking said it had arrived but the front desk said there was no package in my name. Case lock tongue was defective. It doesn't move according to the instructions to set the toggle lock code and doesn't get blocked. Pelican told me to contact the seller, Norman Camera and Video. Norman Camera and Video advised me to contact Pelican. The pelican eventually responded, but when I asked them to send me a new lock so I could replace it, they stopped communicating. No one seems to want to take responsibility for a defective product. I was unable to return the item as I was in the US for a short time. Disappointing efforts from both the seller and the item.
