It's just "OK "

I think in some cases you really do get what you pay for. These are inexpensive carving tools and I was hoping to use them with linoleum blocks. I sampled each tool and found that they are not as sharp. I'm new to this technique so I'm not the best judge but I expected them to be easy to use. I also bought another set and they moved like they were cutting through butter. I expected the same from them. nope! There are a few I liked so it's not a complete failure! However, they are a bit cumbersome to use. I could only cut so far and the handle got in the way. The blades are not long. So if you cut at a low angle to get the right number of notches, they will catch on the edge of the handle and you won't be able to finish the cut. I hope that makes sense. Again, I'm not a pro with this technique, so I could be doing this all wrong. Although I like hats. They're nice and tight so they don't come loose easily and run the risk of cutting yourself. Also, I would like to have a number or code engraved so they don't have any logos or writing on them.
