I decided to buy this and a matching single lamp for my vintage Mexican sun room. I'm glad I did because they fit the decor perfectly. When I first opened the box I thought it was plastic, but upon closer inspection I realized it was lightweight metal with plastic coating on the cages. I also thought it would be cheap to install but decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did. They look like heavy metal, you can't even tell they're painted, and they're actually a lot bigger than I expected, which was nice because the space is huge. Now I can't think of any other light in its place. The only downside, which is actually not that bad, is the small head screws on each light as mentioned by others. They rotate by hand so no tools are required. You'll have to remove all 8 to replace the bulb, but since I'm using Edison LED bulbs it will take a long time to replace them.
