I had a body composition test with my doctor and was very happy with the information. I bought this scale because of all the information it offers and also because of its design. Before the scale arrived I received an email from the owner and founder of the company, Derek, saying that my scale was on its way and that if I had any questions let him know to write or call him. The scale was so easy and intuitive to set up that I didn't need a manual. The numbers were slightly different than what I got from my doctor, so I called Inevifit. I contacted Derek, who explained how the scale works, why it's a little different than the ones in the doctor's office, and gave me a few minor corrections. Excellent customer service.
