Great experience with B&F and the staff is very helpful
The people are great! They were very patient while I was trying out different providers for my insurance coverage for benefits that we didn't have yet (I had cancer). This is so important because they helped me find many things during this period including what would be covered by both Kaiser Permanente AND Blue Shield California due to changes made under ACA/Obamacare which meant having two bills instead of one bill from each provider!! I like most about B&F is they give you options when it comes time for your will or trust document and also that we are included during this process which was very nice by them! Some people can be harsh but not at all here. We had some issues where documents were lost somewhere along the way so there have been delays now due to getting everything back together again however things work out just fine eventually after trying many different methods.
