Really nice watch but definitely for a small wrist. My wrist is exactly 7 inches in circumference and it fits perfectly. Sometimes I gain a few pounds and it gets too tight, but that's my fault. If your wrist is at least a quarter inch larger I wouldn't recommend it because it will be too tight. Although this is of course a good watch. :) jlp
