Overall I am very pleased with these sheets. It's not the color I was originally looking for (I wanted more ocher/terracotta) but I'm glad I went with it. The color is definitely different from the standard photo, so I added a natural light photo where they look more red and an overhead light photo where they are much warmer, like a red-orange. What really drew me to these sheets were the reviews about how soft they are and that they didn't lie. These are the softest sheets I've ever had, but what's most impressive is that they don't get too hot. I usually pack more satin sheets to keep them cool and try to avoid knit, flannel, or matte sheets as I know they're warmer. I doubted they would be too warm because they are so soft, but somehow they are not. Also, the same line of sheets is available for a few bucks more, so I figured it was a solid choice and not a random brand. I washed them as soon as they arrived and the packaging smell was gone immediately. We've slept in it for a few nights now and I'm already planning to buy it in other colors. I'll update if the quality gets worse, but so far so good!
