Bought this product on the recommendation of a personal trainer. Before reading the review, please note that results may vary. I usually take nothing but water and normal healthy food. Well my body reacts easily even to Tylenol. Why was it recommended? I've been doing exercise for several months in combination with a balanced diet, but the weight loss has been negligible. So the trainer recommended this product. When I first took it, it gave me too much energy! It was definitely a scary experience. I was choking on breath, my heart was beating out of control, I felt like I was going to faint from chills. Then I realized I was taking too much. The second time I took the recommended dose but during training I got similar results, not as dramatic as the first time but similar enough to be cause for concern. I lowered the dose (10 ml) and this improved my well-being during training. No weight change yet but will continue for two weeks to check results. Has anyone had similar side effects?
