I started taking them hiking to improve circulation and increase endurance. I put them on the shelf because nothing significant noticed. After the pandemic, I took up strength training at the YEE HA! over a year later, they shine. Heavy weights give a noticeable pump in arms/shoulders, legs, etc. I've always responded well to AAKG citrulline, etc. when lifting weights. Hence my advice to use it during strength training and don't expect miracles in hiking/hiking or endurance activities. It pumps you up and works synergistically with a good pre-workout.
