To heat or not to heat
I like it because it's durable, easy to clean, microwaveable and I can store more than just tacos or pancakes. I'd suggest parchment/wax paper sheets between soft taco shells or pancakes if you're keeping things warm/warm. Without them, they stick together and the result is a mess.
