These replacement heads work great. My wife and I use Oral-B rechargeable toothbrushes with this replacement brush head. Over the years we have tried many heads from different generic brands. Some of them are not even suitable for a toothbrush. Of those that are, none of them are genuine Oral-B brands. They last longer than generics and have bristles that change color with use, giving you a clear visual cue when it's time to swap out your head. We have not found any generics with it.
