Awesome! As city dwellers, we waited too long to teach our son to ride a bike as it was too dangerous to ride near our home. Now he's 11 and we thought it would be easier now that our son is grown up. Not correct! My son got a new bike from his grandma last Christmas and without training wheels it seemed impossible to teach him. First, after his dad, we had cheap training wheels and I couldn't tutor him without sneakers, but the cheap ones flexed like metal toffee. Then I bought it and for the first time the family could take a five mile bike ride overlooking the ocean. We had no problems and my son loved it. You make your child look like a slacker. They can tip back and forth, but they don't go down. Ensures stress-free family fun. Worth every penny. I wish I had bought them a long time ago!
