You get what you pay for. It is very cheaply made compared to similar products. It doesn't allow urine to get into the bowl or onto the urine pad, so dogs just walk around with their urine. It was so disgusting! I live in an apartment building and I can't get the water out of the hose. I had to take a bath. This product is terrible. I'm done with all these fake herbal products. I just bought a real herb that will be delivered soon. It was more expensive than $17 but it should smell a lot less!
