The best part is that it has very good integration with all major ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and others. It also allows customization of its web interface. Sometimes, I find that it is difficult to navigate around the system when working in a team environment. They could have improved the customer service experience by adding more call centers throughout the country. We are using quotefx as an ERP quote management and RFQ workflow software. We have been able to reduce our quoting time drastically by allowing teams to submit quotes at their own pace without having to wait for approval. Also, we've seen a drastic reduction in order processing time compared to other quote systems out there.
