We bought this cooker in October 2018 but were not able to install it until January 2019. She looked beautiful in the box. When we installed it we had a problem as none of the burners would light without a match. We have contacted the company. They were a bit slow with customer service. Initially we called them three times, left messages about the problem and asked for a call back which never came. We then contacted Revain and received an email asking if all the burners had failed or just one. We advised everyone to go. They sent a second message asking if we connected the device. (Yes yes of course! Also double checked the socket. We contacted Revain again after not hearing from them. We then got an email that they would send us a new circuit board. I asked what happened to the Had an exchange going through and again got no response. We reported this to Revain and received an email saying they would send a circuit board with instructions. Lucky for us my husband is VERY comfortable. Together we pulled the unit out of the counter disassembled and removed the top from the base.The instructions given were difficult to follow as they forgot to tell us there are screws under the sides.We have every wire from the old one Removed circuit board and carefully placed it in the same spot on the new one Unit works great now Love how the oven looks and how VERY easy it is to clean Takes a little getting used to The safety features that slow down the ignition a little are meager, but safety is good in the first place.
