Order 1 size bigger

This is one of the best knee sleeves I have used. However, I recommend that whatever your measurement may be, order one size bigger. I am a true medium size user but the medium size for this sleeve has a very strong elastic band at the top of the sleeve and it left a deep impression on my upper thigh and after a few days of use, (I use the sleeve pretty much all day) it would start to itch. Overall, its a great sleeve, it gives great support and stability. Sleeves usually last me about 6 months before I re-order another one. I will definitely be re-ordering another one when its time.

The durability is not as expected...I use it all the time and find that it's wearing out fast

The sizing chart is misleading, causing inconvenience for users
