The team at MCPS are extremely professional with great attention to detail from drafting contracts through negotiations during due diligence processes as well as reviewing final agreements/documents before closing! Great people who will go above & beyond your expectations - they'll even give you free coffee or water if needed (which is totally legit in my book). They're also very accessible which makes them easy as can be when trying new services within an ever changing market place but still maintaining that personal touch we need sometimes especially since this business has been around so long now!! Really nothing I dislike about working wtih these guys other than it could definitely use some improvements here maybe adding more templates? Maybe allowing attorneys access outside Canada only via VPNs would help ease concerns over accessing cloud-based documents etc.? A lot less time spent emailing back n forth regarding contract edits, revisions; overall just much better process all round! The team was amazing to deal with! They were so helpful & attentive throughout this stressful time in my life. I would highly recommend them as they always kept me informed during each step of the process. This is not an easy task & it takes many people to do what needs doing but these guys are pros at getting things done. Don't hesitate if you need help because they will make sure that your case gets handled correctly from beginning to end.
