Cute but not functional

I just LOVE this pocket watch. The design is amazing! The only problem is that my watch won't start at all :( Both hands get stuck in the same position no matter how much I wind them and no matter how much time passes. I don't know if the mechanism is broken or the crown is stuck, but I'm a bit disappointed!
