Nice little coffee maker but needs to be chilled between brews so not suitable for making multiple cups in a row. I've seen a lot of comments here complaining about leaks. Mine only leaks if I put more than 14 ounces of water in it (the maximum according to the documentation). I also see a lot of people saying it broke between two and four months. I've been using mine at least twice a day for six months and it's still working fine. I recommend not overfilling and taking good care of it and not over-brewing cups as this will burn out the heating element. I'm sure many people brew close together without the two minute cool down time.
