The most beneficial thing about exitintel, is their support team. They are very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and always willing to help you out with your questions or concerns. Their customer support has been great! I have not found anything negative at this point. If it's something they can change, i would like more options of payment methods. It is difficult to pay using credit card because there isn't any option for PayPal or bank transfer. Also, there should be an option to add additional items to cart when someone clicks "buy now" button without leaving the page. This way we don't lose customers who may decide to leave after adding an item but haven't actually clicked buy yet. We use exitintel as our main CRM system and also to track all leads generated from different sources including email campaigns and social media posts.
