Ideal for lifting/pulling up!

My CrossFit gym stopped handing out buckets of chalk due to the pandemic, so I decided to buy my own. When I lift weights or do pull-ups without chalk, my arms crack. I love this chalk! It's very similar to the chalk that used to be in my gym. It's a mix of smooth chalk and larger chunks. There is also a small chalk ball inside. I've used it for all types of barbell raises, pull ups, toe to bars etc and my arms feel great. I would recommend taking some chalk out of the plastic bag, the chalk goes in the chalk bag. I am sure that this chalk is also good for climbing.
