I intended to use this for my household use but my husband who is a chef tried it and then he said it was a very good knife and he said it must have been expensive like knives that cost a few hundred dollars. I told him that it was only $40 on Ebay and he couldn't believe it. And then he really liked it because it was very sharp and comfortable on his hand so he took it for restaurant use. So he said this was really worth the money and I'm glad I bought this knife.
