Beautiful dress for children. All fabrics are knitted, so they stretch a little along the entire perimeter. There is an elastic band at the waist. Almost all seam lines are covered so it's soft on delicate skin. The one they sent me looks a little different than the one in the promotional photo as there is a button on the back that doesn't work so it's more for decoration. Padded chest. The lining of the skirt has been cut to the right length for the tulle layers. The set includes a belt which is a wide 1 1/2" belt with a beaded and rhinestone embellishment in the front. It is designed to tie in the back. The dress looks great without it, so adjust it however you like very cute little dress we ordered size 5 and it fits as expected.
