Worked 3 or 4 times and then stopped working

I used it with a Freestream box and was initially very happy, but I hardly used it before it just stopped working. The keyboard lights up and is charging, but is not currently connected to Freestream. Maybe the dongle gave it away? I just had the same thing with a wireless mouse with a dongle. I don't think I'll buy anything like this again.

Pros
