I used it with a Freestream box and was initially very happy, but I hardly used it before it just stopped working. The keyboard lights up and is charging, but is not currently connected to Freestream. Maybe the dongle gave it away? I just had the same thing with a wireless mouse with a dongle. I love this remote control. I love how it glows in the dark for ease of use. I just wish the volume buttons were on the right like on my other remote, but that's personal preference as I'm used to having the volume button on the right. I would like to buy this remote control! I bought this to use with my LG-70UN7070PUA. It works fine when using the web browser app. I can use the keyboard to type searches and use the controls to move the mouse and select items. However, when using the Prime, Disney+, and YouTube apps through the TV (without a Firestick), the keyboard doesn't work. I needed a small portable keyboard to take with my Raspberry Pi. I liked this keyboard because it has a trackpad, it's rechargeable, it's small, and it's wireless. Operation was effortless and nice that you can toggle between red, green and blue backlight. Seems to be a normal key layout. Definitely a great choice for a portable media center or remote media center keyboard. Would buy again if needed.

I sent my first one back and got a replacement quickly - so the service from Revain was excellent. As for the keyboard, both have the same problem. Up arrow and 4 row buttons (3 edc) don't work. Also, the down arrow key sometimes gets stuck. I expected more based on the many positive reviews.
