I bought this to use with my LG-70UN7070PUA. It works fine when using the web browser app. I can use the keyboard to type searches and use the controls to move the mouse and select items. However, when using the Prime, Disney+, and YouTube apps through the TV (without a Firestick), the keyboard doesn't work. I was hoping to use the keyboard to avoid using the arrow keys to search in these apps. I'll probably be returning it because of that, but the apps it worked for worked pretty well. I have come to the conclusion that my TV is not compatible with the universal remote control. This could be a problem.
