I'm guessing it's plug and play because recommendations couldn't be rarer. So I plug it in, turn on the console and nothing happens. Yes, I unpacked the battery and charged it for two or more hours, and yes, I plugged the USB into my smart TV's USB port, and yes, I turned the device on and it caught fire. None of the buttons respond and the touchscreen mouse does not work. The backlight works, but that's about it. I fully charged the battery before use, but absolutely nothing happens. It was purchased for use with a Samsung Smart TV so I can use it for typing and searching. I'm giving cleanliness (whatever that means) a zero rating because it's rubbish.
