The physical item is very well made and feels good - both the metal body and the mechanical keys. In practice, this keyboard is unfortunately scrap. A couple of times I've logged in in the morning to log in and the keyboard is just typing random keystrokes. For example, trying to type "r" would result in a random set of four to six characters (it wasn't even always the same set of characters). I updated the firmware and that seems to have fixed the situation temporarily. It's worth noting that this process in itself was an ordeal - there's a file on the Keychron website that Macs can't run. They link to another program you can download to open the file. It seems incredibly dodgy and unprofessional, but I spent a decent amount of money on a keyboard so I was willing to give it a try. Unfortunately, although I wanted to try, this website would not let me download the file. I had to ask my husband to flash the keyboard on his PC. That fixed it for about three weeks and then the same problem came back. I ended up with that. Sample issues occurring 3 times between May 20, 2021 and July 14, 2021 are too many and too difficult to solve. I really liked this keyboard at first and part of me still wants to love it. A really big disappointment that I wasted my money on this and I would advise any Mac user to explore other options rather than buy something from Keychron.
