Review on JBL Xtreme 2 Portable Waterproof Wireless Bluetooth Speaker - Red (Renewed) by Kenta Omura ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Feel free to buy, for such a price, the quality is simply amazing.

Excellent sound for a portable speaker, high-quality, full of bass indoors, and good mids indoors and outdoors, with a good stereo effect - because. there are two emitters per channel, not mono, as in the younger models. Worth the money, much better than SVEN or other inexpensive analogues. Has pros: A good, detailed, fairly clear sound, without distortion over the entire operating frequency range from 55 Hz to 14 kHz - 15 kHz, does not wheeze, is not overloaded even at full volume. There is a noticeable stereo effect if the listener is near the speaker. Noticeable highs (10-15 kHz), detailed and fairly clear sounds "s", a believable voice in the songs, it is noticeable that there are separate high-frequency emitters. Good, tight high (70-100 Hz) and even mid-bass (50-70 Hz), modern rap, pop, techno are enriched with bass. For small rooms (up to 20 m2), the volume for a small party may be enough, if you make allowances for the fact that these are portable acoustics. There is a convenient carrying strap. Compact for its frequency range and power, fits in a backpack or bag, comfortable to take with you, the weight is not too big. Cons: For use cases where you need a speaker in your pocket - it will not work - the size is quite large, you need a separate bag for transportation. The power on the street is not enough for a full-fledged party in nature, but for the background it will go even in nature. It will be heard at full volume up to 30 meters, but not very loud, even close. Bass needs a resonator - indoors, near walls, furniture, etc., the bass is several times tighter and louder than in open spaces - for example, on the beach. The frequency filter cuts everything below 55Hz so as not to overdrive speakers that are not suitable for lower frequencies, so compositions that are usually played on car or club subwoofers will not sound and pump. In "coca cola", Usher - Yeah and other similar songs - the low bass (30Hz - 40Hz) will just be cut off. The tweeters may not have enough volume - there is some muffled high frequencies (cymbals in rock), speech, the audibility of high frequencies strongly depends on the position of the listener relative to the speaker.
